Already have the construction side of your project planned out? Big Sky also offers design and/or consultation services for homeowners as well as other builders.

You’ll be provided with multiple design options that keep your needs and budget in mind, but always with our unique blend of creativity and practicality.

We’ve also got the qualifications required by Ontario’s current laws for designers, and extensive experience dealing with the various regulatory authorities involved in the sometimes complicated process of obtaining a building permit.
